Your experience will begin in Edinburgh where you will take in the highlights of the capital and enjoy    a two-night stay in the Sheraton Grand Hotel, where you will

bask in true relaxation with the hotel's gin-tasting experience and award-winning thermal spa. On day three, you will travel to the internationally acclaimed Gleneagles: a destination in itself! If you can bear to leave the estate for a while, your chauffeur will be on hand to ensure you experience the very best of the surrounding area including Scone Palace and Drummond Castle & Gardens

“We would not have seen Scotland in the most spectacular ways if it had not been for our driver guide - a driver and travelling companion who always showed when we needed him, laughed at our jokes, and pushed us to see more. The consummate professional, the reserved gentleman, the helpful guide.”

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

Day 1

Upon arrival at Edinburgh Airport or Edinburgh Waverley, you will be met by your own private chauffeur guide and escorted to your pristinely presented chauffeur driven hybrid saloon. After a brief orientation tour of the city of Edinburgh, your chauffeur will escort you to The Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa - your hotel for the next two nights. With iconic views of Edinburgh’s famous castle, you could immediately immerse yourself in the Ginnasium Gin Tasting Experience at the hotel or relax in the award-winning urban thermal spa: One Spa.

Day 2

This will be your day of getting to know the city once dubbed ‘Athens of the North’. The grandeur of Edinburgh Castle and the Palace of Holyrood House are not to be missed along with hidden gems dotted across the contrasting Old and New Towns which give Edinburgh its architectural characteristic.  The new Holyrood Distillery is one of the latest examples of the regeneration of Old Town buildings with tours to showcase a new generation of single malts and gins. After a suitably relaxing lunch, a visit to the Royal Yacht Britannia is a must. Once the floating palace for the Royal Family, it is now one of the city’s top attractions with a tour providing an insight into the working life of this former icon of Great Britain.

Day 3

After breakfast, you will leave the rush of the city behind and head to Perthshire and the internationally acclaimed   Gleneagles. Dating back to 1924, this former railway hotel and sporting estate has been a luxury icon in Scotland for nearly 100 years. The estate extends to nearly 850 acres of beautiful countryside and there is a wealth of activities indoor and out, offering adventure for all ages. Dining must be at the top of your agenda too with the hotel's iconic fine-dining restaurant, The Strathearn,   and the two Michelin-starred restaurant, Andrew Fairlie, a highlight of any stay here

Day 4

If the temptations of this great hotel are not enough, your chauffeur will be on hand to allow you to explore the Perthshire country side. The silvery banks of the River Tay, Scone Palace and Drummond Castle & Gardens are but some of the attractions which your chauffeur will gladly include on a sightseeing trip from the hotel.

Day 5

Make the most of your last morning at Gleneagles and after breakfast, have one last activity or treatment, before re-joining your chauffeur to allow him to return you to Glasgow or Edinburgh or another convenient location for your onward journey home.
