About Us

THE LUXURY GLASGOW & LOCH LOMOND EXPERIENCE (2 NIGHTS)

A visit to Scotland would be incomplete without spending some time in the cosmopolitan city of Glasgow. Sometimes overlooked by the traditional tourist, the city has an eclectic mix of culture, style, and diverse architecture. You will be met by your chauffeur on arrival in Glasgow and taken on a guided tour of the city centre  en route to Crossbasket Castle

on the outskirts of the city where you will stay for the duration of your tour. Over the next two days, you can experience the bonnie banks of Loch Lomond with lunch and a champagne cruise from the Marina at Cameron House, as well as visiting some of Glasgow's hidden treasures, including a whisky distillery and the world-famous Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum

"We were met at our hotel by a professionally dressed driver with a beautiful new car and we spent the next few hours with Bruce who was very knowledgeable about his city, Glasgow. He took us to all of the places of interest and explained a lot about the history and culture of the area … it was a fabulous way to see the highlights of the city in such a short visit."

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

Day 1

Upon arrival at Glasgow Airport or one of the city centre train stations, you will be met by your own private chauffeur guide and escorted to your pristinely presented chauffeur driven hybrid saloon. With the airport located 10 miles to the west of the city, your initial journey to Glasgow will follow the line of the famous River Clyde. A few relics of bygone industrialisation are still visible, but quickly you gain a feeling of a modern, dynamic, and regenerated city. Gleaming buildings of cutting-edge design adorn the city landscape and, in some cases, sit side by side some of the great buildings of Glasgow's industrial past. After your trip, your chauffeur will then escort you to Crossbasket Castle – a hidden gem on the outskirts of the city.

Day 2

One of the great attractions of Glasgow is the ease with which you can leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind. Within 30 minutes you can reach the famous banks of Loch Lomond, immortalised in the famous Scots song about its “Bonnie Banks”. The Boat House at Cameron House on Loch Lomond will provide the perfect venue for a relaxing lunch and you could then follow that with a voyage on their luxury motor yacht,   The Celtic Warrior.  As you return to Glasgow, the warm welcome of the Auchentoshan Distillery is there to entice you or for a more cutting edge, modern riverside whisky experience, the Clydeside Distillery is Glasgow’s historic, yet modern addition to the world of whisky distillation.

Day 3

Make the most of the sumptuous surroundings of Crossbasket and, depending on your onward travel arrangements, your chauffeur could return you directly to the station or airport. Alternatively, you could be treated to some of Glasgow great gems. The Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum, for instance, houses one of the greatest civic art collections in the world with an extensive collection of Scottish, British & European art.
